Attention Dancers!

We are excited to be offering a dancer’s dream weekend including social dancing, opportunities to show off your skills at the Show Dance Spectacular and a one-day competition. Everything happens in Tupelo MS. Friday evening and Saturday evening parties and the Sunday competition take place at: The Furniture Market, Building V, 1879 Coley Rd Tupelo, MS 38801. Saturday events during the day happen at either The Dance Studio 105 Wayside Drive Tupelo or the Elvis Presley Birthplace Museum 306 Elvis Presley Drive Tupelo.

Dancing With The King™ works hard to provide dance opportunities for young dancers. If you are 25 years old or younger, please complete the registration form, which includes an application for a scholarship to attend the event. Also, you may want to enter the Show Dance Competition, where you can earn scholarship awards to pursue your dance education. See more information below.

Cha Cha Routine Class to Little Egypt

Youth Show Dance Competition

Youth (ages 25 and younger) are eligible to compete in a Show Dance Competition. Winners will receive dance education scholarships. Competitors dance to an Elvis™ tune. Remixes are allowed but Elvis™ must be the primary vocalist. Total routine cannot exceed 2 minutes, 45 seconds. Youngest competitors will compete on Friday evening. Older competitors will compete on Saturday evening. The actual age break will be determined when we receive all the competition entries. Show Dance Routine Music must be emailed to DWTKTupelo@gmail.com by October 1st.

We encourage youth to also apply for a scholarship to pay for the weekend. Please see the details in the online registration form.

Show Dance Spectacular

There is nothing more fun than seeing great dance performances! Our Show Dance Spectacular will have many fun and exciting performances to see!!

If you have a show dance routine you’d like to perform, please indicate on your registration form that you’ll be entering. The fee is $30 per routine. Routines cannot exceed 2 minutes, 45 seconds.
